The regional struggle against unconstitutional changes of government: changing paradigms

Session Description: This panel will analyze how regional organizations may shift their approach in dealing with UCGs, from attempting to prescribe solutions to accompanying the development of new constitutional orders. It will also explore how these organizations deal with contextually-specific reasons for and modalities of UCGs, and how they could engage in promoting inclusive system of governance in post transitional contexts.
