Session Description: This session aims to fertilise experiences and allow for a candid discussion between such academic and professional training providers addressing questions such as:
- What training methods and techniques are popular/effective? Are these still relevant?
- What are our blind spots? How can we look into the horizon and integrate challenges in our horizons ? How can we, and should we adapt to new challenges?
- How do we address decolonialisation in our methods and teaching?
- How can feminist foreign policy be mainstreamed into training methods?
- Are we training the right people? How should/can participants be selected?
- Do new technologies, such as AI present new opportunities?
