Teaching and training peace mediation in times of change: blind spots and new avenues

Session Description: This session aims to fertilise experiences and allow for a candid discussion between such academic and professional training providers addressing questions such as:
What training methods and techniques are popular/effective? Are these still relevant?
What are our blind spots? How can we look into the horizon and integrate challenges in our horizons ? How can we, and should we adapt to new challenges?
How do we address decolonialisation in our methods and teaching?
How can feminist foreign policy be mainstreamed into training methods?
Are we training the right people? How should/can participants be selected?
Do new technologies, such as AI present new opportunities?
