Partnering for local ownership in Ukraine

Session Description: The panel will raise ethical issues of neutrality and impartiality of interventions based on local ownership and insider mediation. It will also suggest some practical and feasible recommendations that international actors can implement to improve the quality of their interactions with local partners in Ukraine and other contexts.
