
Mediation Process Design in a Turbulent World

Session Description: The panel discusses whether common process design frameworks are still fit for purpose today given current conflict trends. Drawing on practical examples from their work, speakers will reflect on what the new conflict landscape – characterized by an increase of inter-state conflicts, internationalized civil wars, and armed group fragmentation – means for process design and how we need to adapt current approaches and tools.
